전시내용
도시에서 살아가는 현대인의 삶 속에서의
어디서든지 볼 수 있는 사람들의 모습을 주로
형상화해서 표현하고 있다. 작가 주변에 있는
사람들과 관계 속에서 사람들의 성향을 파악해서 표현한 < 상사는 복싱선수다 >라는 작품에서는 직장생활에서 건강과 일의 균형을 맞추기
위해 애쓰는 현대인의 모습을 표현하고 있다.

작가의 글
내 작품의 주제는 도시에서 생활하는
사람들이다.
그들은 왠지 모르지만 안경을 쓰고, 고독을
즐기는 도시의 남녀들이다.
안경은 그들의 얼굴의 일부이고, 인격까지
나타내고 있는 듯하다.
도시인들에게 안경이란 어쩌면 성숙함의
상징일지도 모르겠다.
People who lives in the city is the subject of my work.
Men and women I chose as motifs wear glasses and enjoying being alone for the reason I don’t know.
It seems that those glasses became part of their face and even representing their personality.
For those who live in the city, glasses might be the symbol of their maturity.
